Another look at the figures from EFIC and @8ANoWay …

Some people have commented to me that the figures represented in my previous post may not be quite as clear to many as I had intended. It is energizing to think of the blessing which is possible in our communities if people of good will and faith work together creatively. – Bishop Harold Miller, Bishop of Down & Dromore I trust that the Lord Bishop of Down & Dromore will remember his own words when introducing the rather unfortunate motions before the General Synod of the Church of Ireland later today. Maundy money reporting goes awry at the Beeb.

Once again, the BBC has equated the UK with England…. To mark her Diamond Jubilee, the Queen handed out money to people from all of the UK’s 44 Christian dioceses. – BBC News I think that this should read, from all of the Church of England’s 44 dioceses.
