I am waiting for my chicken kiev with garlic sauce to cook, and while doing so I have been lurking on Facebook. I saw a link about Kilbeggan Whiskey. I’d not heard of that one before: I was interested. Opened back in 1757, the Old Kilbeggan Distillery is the oldest licensed whiskey distillery in the world. It’s not every day that you see a burning bush on your way home from church, but that is exactly what happened to Andrew and me this evening.
