As the people of Japan are suffering following the earthquakes in recent days, there will be some assistance given by the people of Belfast. The Dean of St Anne’s Cathedral, Belfast, The Very Reverend Doctor Houston McKelvey, has said that

The consequences for life, livelihood and the people affected in Japan and elsewhere, are so immense that any comment seems most inadequate,

The collection barrel has been placed at the front door of St Anne’s Cathedral in Donegall Street, Belfast. Donations can be made Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and at Sunday services.
